Introduction

I'm Dannie Furnise, I've been cooking in a cajun-style for over 10 years, and if you're like me, and you like to eat, you need to know how to cook!

It all startedafter High School, and Ended up Joining thr Army. Not having a diploma, there wasn't much for me, so they put me in the kitchen. Well, three restaurants later, the rest is history!

All my recipies are available for download, and if you need some hints, conversion charts, I got the links, too!
